Lisa Uman Crisalle, CFNS brings more than 22 years of experience in coaching and training to the fields of health and nutrition.After majoring in Exercise Physiology, she tied in her background in fitness to the business world as an instructor and trainer for everything from swimming, skiing and martial arts, to aerobics, and indoor cycling.

 

Just over a year ago, Lisa underwent her own transformation and placed in the top 5 in her first three figure competitions (based on symetry, proportion and leanness) at the ages of 44 & 45.

Lisa and her husband, Lucho Crisalle, RD work together in their company Exercise & Nutrition Works, Inc. While Lucho developed one of the most highly recognized nutrition certification programs on the market, Lisa helped bring this specialized product to the market, ultimately securing contracts with such corporations as Gold’s Gym International and Max Muscle Incorporated.

They now offer their customized "What Works (TM)" nutrition software Exclusively to members of the Over Forty, Fit & Fabulous program.
